When the Buyer places an order, reorder and alert data is deleted and generated anew based on the parameters on this page.

Reorder Level: How many day’s supply of inventory do we want delivered?

Alert Level: How many days from today until the estimated arrival in order to not run out?

Warehouse: Sets the alert and reorder levels for this warehouse only.

Date Ranges: You may use two date ranges for various reasons such as promotions or Q4.  A good thing to keep in mind is that new products may be omitted from your results if you go too far back in time.

Minimum Sales Alert: Used to bring all targets up to that number.  Be careful using this if you have a brand with MOQ, you will have to adjust the order.

Sales Minimum: Alert and Reorder will not be set unless the sales exceed that number.  I can’t think of a current use for this.  I only included this so you wouldn’t confuse with the Minimum Sales Alert.
