Order Line Insert

Quantities are created at the time the Inventory Refresh is run based on the parameters applied.

Applied Predefined Actions

Inventory Alert: This action suggests order quantities based on all products returned in: Reorder Quantity less Available Quantity less Inbound Quantity plus On Hold Quantity.

Missing Inventory Alert, OOS, Not Inbound: This action was designed to catch anything that was not caught by running the Inventory Alert action.

Unfulfilled Orders: This action was created as another way to catch backorders that may not show up on the report.

New Items, Not Inbound: This action returns items with the status: NEW which are not currently on order.

Available One, Not Inbound: Returns all products that have only one in stock.

Odds and Ends

Using Stock Targets and Product Locks:  You may use the Stock Targets (Manage) Link (on the product page) to create or edit Stock Targets by Warehouse.  You must lock them for those targets to stay active.  However, if you lock them, be aware that the system will never order more than this quantity.  This might be a solution for Saint Louis themed puzzles, glue, and items that sell primarily in Kirkwood.  NOTE: these products will need to be monitored for increasing sales levels and updated accordingly.
