Buyer’s Guide to Insert Product For Jigsaw Puzzles & Games 

For when you just need to get a product in the system.
Permission: 221

Navigate to Product Home. Use the Insert Product Template.  The following fields need to be filled out.

• Product Name / Alternate may be blank
• Use the dropowns for MFG, & Vendor
• Product Class: Jigsaw Puzzles & Games
• Product Status: New
• Location will default to “_TMP”
• Chart of Accounts: Inventory Asset
• Part Numbers
  • Item number must be filled in – it builds your URL Path.  When in doubt, copy the MFG #
  • MFG Number
  • UPC
• Check Active and Approved Boxes
• Product Weight Box (“Verified”) should be unchecked
• Pricing
  • Unit Price (use price guide or default to keystone + $1)
  • Unit Cost (what we pay the vendor, please be sure to apply the discount as listed in the Company Page)
  • Sale & List may be left “0”
• Release Date will be used if you cannot get this product until a future date.  If available now, leave blank
• If you know the MOQ, please fill it in
• If you leave the Product URL Path field blank, the system will create one
• Sites: use all the site name(s) box to choose ALL Puzzle Warehouse sites.
• NOTE:  If you add a product that does not yet have an image, please add the attribute “ISSUE: Missing Data“

NOTE:  This is the minimum required for ordering.  The Missing Data attribute will help the Product Manager identify products not meeting the requirements to show up on the front end.
