Mixed Stock Order/Orders with Stock in Both Fenton & Kirkwood
An order is placed with mixed stock. It has some inventory in stock in Kirkwood and some inventory in stock in Fenton. This order’s status will automatically become BACKORDER. An email will be sent to the customer. If one or more item on this order is POTM, Amazon, or a Bundle, that/those item(s)’s status will become RESERVED.
Once a Stock Transfer from Kirkwood to Fenton has been created, the system will find the RESERVED inventory and mark the order PENDING. Ideally the order will be picked, assigned, and shipped. It is possible that these items have not made it to Fenton and they will remain RESERVED until the next Stock Transfer.
Order with Stock at Fenton Only
An order is placed that has all items in stock in Fenton. This order becomes PENDING. Ideally, it will then be assembled, picked, assigned, and shipped.
On the occasion that the order has POTM, Amazon, or a Bundle, those items will become RESERVED.
NON-INVENTORY ITEMS
A sales invoice will be created when the order is placed and the capture happens immediately. It is possible for this type of order to come in UNDER REVIEW and will have to be dealt with manually.
